S'more Cookies Recipe | Autumn Hope

When August rolls around, school is the only thing on my mind. And now, I am about to start my third week of it. Yes, I know it's time for back-to-school brownies but I couldn't resist this summer recipe.
When I think about summer, I think about camping (even though I have never done so before). And camping always includes s'mores.
Today's recipe is for S'more Cookies. These are really easy to make and only take a few minutes to bake.
These cookies are the best way to finish off summer. Plus, you can bring these along to a labor day BBQ. If you re-create this recipe, post a picture with the hastag #bakingwithautumn . To make these scrumptious cookies, just follow the easy instructions below.
Ingredients :
- 1 box Graham Crackers
- 1 bag Mini Marshmallows
- 2 bars Hershey's Chocolate Bar
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (can be homemade or slice and bake)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Cover parchment paper with your graham crackers (make sure they are touching)
- Fold marshmallows into your cookie dough
- Place tablespoon of dough on each graham cracker squares
- Bake for five minutes
- Remove from oven and put one piece of Hershey's in each square (you can add more depending on how chocolatey you want it)
- Put back in oven for 7-8 minutes
- Place on wire rack to let them cool
- Cut into squares and enjoy!!
